Elegant pair of hand-carved Venetian console night stands, Italy, circa 1930s, executed in the refined tradition of Venetian Rococo Revival (Rococò Veneziano). Each stand is topped with a shaped Rosso Verona marble slab, a classic Italian marble admired for its warm red coloration and expressive pale veining. The softly contoured marble tops echo the flowing lines of the carved bases and add visual richness and material contrast.

The giltwood frames are finely hand-carved with traditional rocaille ornamentation, scrolling foliage, and asymmetrical detailing characteristic of Venetian Rococo design.
